Affiliate Opt-Out

If you have an account with Equity Trust Company, you may direct Equity Trust to not share your information with its Affiliates for marketing purposes. To make such direction, complete the information below and click the “Submit” button at the bottom of this page. The decision whether to opt out of sharing your information with Affiliates for marketing purposes, as outlined in Equity Trust’s Privacy Notice, is entirely yours and will not impact your ongoing relationship with Equity Trust Company or the services it provides. Please review the Privacy Notice for additional details.

If you have more than one account at Equity Trust Company, and you submit an opt-out request for any of your accounts, your other open accounts will be included in your request to opt out. If you’d like to opt out by phone, you can do so at (866) 839-0429. Please have your account number ready.
